Begin by preparing your waffle iron, following the guidelines provided by the manufacturer. In a bowl, combine water and flax seed meal, stirring until well mixed. Next, transform oats into a flour-like texture by blending them in a blender. To this, add the flax seed mixture, soy milk, all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, canola oil, baking powder, vanilla extract, agave nectar, and a pinch of salt. Blend all the ingredients together until you have a smooth batter with just the right consistency.

Once your batter is ready, pour around 1/2 cup of it onto the preheated waffle iron. Let the waffles cook as per the instructions provided with the waffle iron until they turn a delightful golden color and become crisp, which should take approximately 5 minutes.
