Heat Β½ cup oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add 1 tbsp chopped garlic and 1 chopped onion.

Cook for 2-3 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and the onion is soft and slightly golden.
3οΈβ£ Cook the Minced Chicken π

Add 500g minced chicken to the pan.

Cook for 5β7 minutes, stirring until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink.

Add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, and Β½ tsp chili flakes. Stir everything well to combine.
4οΈβ£ Add Sauces & Stock π₯’π

Pour in 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp chili sauce.

Let it cook for 1 minute to blend the flavors.

Add 2 cups chicken stock and 2 cups tomato paste. Stir everything together to create the sauce.
5οΈβ£ Simmer the Sauce π₯

Let the sauce cook for 5β7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cook until it thickens slightly, so itβs perfect to coat the spaghetti.

Add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and give it a final stir, then turn off the heat.

Place the boiled spaghetti on a serving plate.

Spoon the chicken sauce over the spaghetti.
