Blend together lemon juice, red wine vinegar, finely diced shallot, a pinch of salt, and a dash of pepper in a medium-sized bowl, combining them into a zesty dressing. Slowly pour in the olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing reaches a harmonious consistency.

Arrange the jars in a neat row like a mini production line. Evenly distribute the beans among the jars, then generously spoon around 1 and a half tablespoons of the prepared dressing over the beans. Next, carefully place 8 halves of cherry tomatoes into each jar.
