Combine milk, flour, eggs, melted butter, and a pinch of salt in a blender, blending until the mixture is smooth. Allow the blend to sit for 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.

In a large nonstick skillet, warm it up over medium heat, then lightly grease it with cooking spray. Pour in a half cup of the batter and swirl the skillet around to ensure an even coating.
