Step 1

Chill the steak in the freezer for approximately half an hour before using. In a generous skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Stir in chopped onions seasoned with salt and sauté for about 4 minutes. Then, introduce a tablespoon of oil to the skillet along with bell peppers and mushrooms. Cook until tender for around 8 minutes. Set the cooked veggies aside, clean the skillet, and let it cool down.

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Retrieve the chilled steak from the freezer and slice it into thin pieces. Season the steak with cracked salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
